ITB March Madness: The Final Four

The Final Four and Championship game of the 2011 ITB Tournament is finally here. It was delayed due to a bachelor party in New Orleans. I tried to finish it on Monday, but I couldn’t even read complete sentences, so writing something so important was out of the question. I won’t delay any longer, here’s the Final Four.

Crowley’s v. WNF IV – There were originally 3 Crowley’s, one ITB and two OTB. Of the OTB, one turned in to Edwards Mill Bar and Grill and the other became Crowley’s at Stonehenge.  I’ve never been to either, but I’ve heard they exist. The fact that there could be confusion as to which Crowley’s someone is referring to is a real blow to the inside the beltline Crowley’s. There’s nothing worse than when pathetic people from outside the beltline try to impersonate you. – Winner – WNF IV

Broughton v. Suburbans – Suburbans are a staple of ITB. Can you imagine trying to cram two whole kids, toys to keep us busy so Mom doesn’t “drive into a lake and leave us trapped in the car,” my lax stick, my sister’s Indian Princess crap, and our black lab into something as small as a mini-van? I can’t, because I’ve never had to. Dad insisted that Mom drive a suburban so that he would still look cool in the rare event that he had to drive her SUV. The downside is that suburbans change body styles every few years, which means any commoner can afford the old body style. Broughton never goes out of style. Ever. – Winner – Broughton

The championship game will be posted shortly.
